CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

A booking is confirmed once the €50 advance payment is received.

 

Cancellations

• If you cancel at least 5 days before the shoot, 80 percent of the advance will be refunded

• If you cancel less than 5 days before the shoot, the advance is non-refundable

 

Rescheduling

• One reschedule is allowed if requested at least 5 days before the shoot

• Rescheduling is subject to the photographer’s availability

• Once a session is rescheduled, the booking becomes non-refundable

• Requests made less than 5 days before the shoot are not guaranteed

 

Delays and No Shows

• Clients are expected to arrive on time

• If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, the session may be cancelled without a refund
